Discover ANEVRA - A Different Kind of Mentoring
ANEVRA is a philosophical exploration of what it means to be human, exploring how grief might become compassion, anger might give way to peace, division might become belonging, and fear might be met with courage. ANEVRA moves through how we treat one another - to the institutions, systems and decisions shaping humanity and the living world - to ultimately ask how we might build a world in which fewer people, and fewer forms of life, are left outside the circle of our concern.
At its heart is a deceptively simple principle: There is no Other. Not because we are all the same, or because differences, boundaries and disagreements should disappear. But because difference does not have to mean exclusion, and disagreement does not have to mean denying another person's humanity. ANEVRA asks us to reconsider the circles we draw around ourselves: our families, communities, organisations, nations and even humanity itself. Who belongs? Who is missing? Who bears the consequences of our decisions without having a voice in them?
ANEVRA does not position itself as a conventional self-help book, religious teaching, political programme or set of instructions. ANEVRA becomes a conversational mentor: sometimes comforting, sometimes challenging, sometimes asking the reader to reconsider something they thought they understood.
From chapter reflections and updates, explore below how ANEVRA challenges conventional guidance through our blogs and philosophies. The invitation is simple. You don't have to agree. You don't have to believe. Bring your doubts. Come and look. The circle is open. Leave Room.

My Promise
ANEVRA will not tell you what to think. ANEVRA will try to become the kind of mentor who helps you notice how you think, whom you include, what you fear, what your anger protects, what your grief may become, where your power reaches, and what might be yours to do.
ANEVRA will not give you ten rules for a better life. ANEVRA will sometimes comfort you. Sometimes challenge you. Sometimes disagree with you. Sometimes refuse to give you reassurance. Sometimes ANEVRA may ask you to look again at someone you may have stopped seeing clearly. Sometimes ANEVRA may ask you to look more closely at yourself.
You do not need to agree with ANEVRA. You need something much simpler. A willingness to remain open. To another perspective. To an uncomfortable question. To the possibility that something, or someone, has been left outside the circle. And, eventually, to the question ANEVRA will return to you: What might my part be?
Perhaps every mentoring relationship begins with an understanding. So, let this be ours.
Kindest Regards
ARVEN ANEVSKI
ANEVRA - The Birth of a Philosophy
Arven Anevski began ANEVRA after an experience he could neither explain nor dismiss. He followed the questions that experience left behind... through grief, anger, division, fear, compassion, peace, belonging and courage, and towards a wider inquiry into what it might mean to live differently.
Who have we left outside the circle?
We draw circles everywhere. Around families. Communities. Nations. Beliefs. Identities. Species. The lives we decide matter. Some circles give us belonging. Others leave someone outside.
ANEVRA begins with four deeply human experiences… grief, anger, division and fear… and asks what might happen if they were not allowed the final word.
What if grief could deepen compassion? Anger could be disciplined towards peace? Division could become an invitation to belonging? Fear could make room for courage?
From there, the circle widens. Into the relationships we build. The histories we inherit. The systems we create. The power we hold. The consequences we pass on. The living world of which we are part.
Until the question is no longer simply who belongs. It is whether we were ever entitled to close the circle at all.
What might my part be?
